"La Casa 1950 offered us just the relaxed summer holiday we were looking for. The beautiful house, stunning views, outside space and pool were everything we needed to chill out in the sunshine. I visited with my husband and 14 year old son. The friendly caretaker was always around if we had any issues and owner checked in regularly to ensure all okay. "

"Pros: It was ur first time in Andalucia and it was everything we had hoped for. A peacefull base for our ventures in the area - and a very helpfull and friendly host. The pair of them :-) We will surely be back someday."

"Pros: La casa tenía de todo lo que te puedes imaginar Cons: No puedo decir nada negativo"

"It’s a beautiful villa, well looked after and in a great location - walking distance (hilly) to the village. The pool was perfect and the views are stunning. The process of checking in was efficient and they were helpful enough to get some pool floats out for our kids. "

"Pros: Ian and Janet are really nice people, always fast answers and a clear passion for their houses, the area and for taking care of their guests. They have also created a book with information about the area, restaurants, towns, the lake and so on. Great holiday."

"Pros: Todo , la casa es perfecta y la amabilidad de los dueños . Sin duda aconsejaría y repetiría sin pensarlo. Cons: Nada"

"Pros: The chilled out environment and ability to relax away from work Cons: Is quite a way from town, about 4 kilometres of which three is on an unmade road."

"Pros: The location of the villa was absolutely stunning with views of the lakes . So peaceful . The villa was excellent , all things you needed to make a most enjoyable stay. Meghan our host was most friendly and very helpful . And recommended many places to visit and where to eat . Cons: There wasn’t anything I could say except the mosquitos liked me"

"Our family, ages ranging from 6-69, found this house in Competa to be just perfect. There were so many nice spots on the property to eat and sit…when it was cold we had a fire, when warm we sat outside in a variety of places. Our son is a chef so we had memorable meals from the kitchen, both indoor and out. Rafa was extremely attentive, though we had no problems. The view, the village, the hiking was good for kids and adults alike. Highly recommended."

"Pros: Het zwembad in combinatie met het perfect aangelegde buitenverblijf en het unieke uitzicht (vooral ‘s avonds) maakte het voor ons gezin een geweldige week"
