First-Line apartment just above Carabeillo/Burriana beach Three bedrooms

"We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the town center while offering beautiful sea views.The apartment was clean, beautifully renovated, and very comfortable. We especially appreciated having individually controlled air conditioning in each room. The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, with everything we needed, including a kettle, coffee maker, and plenty of pots and cookware.The beds were very comfortable, with both sheets and comforters available to suit different preferences. The bathroom was lovely, and the rain shower was a particularly nice touch. The bedrooms were spacious and offered plenty of storage.The balcony was one of our favorite features. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy both the sunrise and sunset over the sea.The host was excellent—very responsive and quick to answer any questions we had.One important note is the parking situation. Street parking is nearly impossible, but there is a paid parking lot with plenty of available spaces approximately 200 meters from the building.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again on our next visit to Nerja!"

"We hebben een fantastische vakantie gehad in de villa van Carlos, We hadden graag langer willen blijven. De villa is schitterend en heel ruim. In het echt nog mooier dan op de foto's. Het uitzicht is adembenemend. De weg naar de villa is prima te rijden, Het zwembad is heerlijk en de tuin is ook heel mooi.Carlos is een geweldige host en staat altijd voor je klaar.Wij komen graag nig een keer terug!!!Bedankt Carlos voor je goede zorgen!"

"The hotel is well situated, just off the pedestrian street and about 2 lines back from the beach promenade. There are plenty of bars and restaurants around. The room was clean, spacious and had a good size balcony overlooking a side street. The reception staff spoke excellent English and could provide information if needed. The only small negative point is that the tea/coffee supply is a “welcome gift” and not necessarily replaced. Definitely worth making “friends” with housekeeping!! We will happily return."

"Great location to visit Nerja, very close to restaurants, the breakfast was very Good with several choices. The room was comfortable but very basic with just one old fashioned wood table and one chair. No trash can in the room only in the bathroom. The beds could benefit from new mattresses and you can hear what’s happening on other rooms."
