Nice area of Rome and great staff. Beautiful hotel loved it. Will definitely come back again.

Overall this was a great stay - the room was modern, clean, spacious and very aesthetic and the air conditioning was ice cold! The rainforest shower took a bit to figure out the taps, but water pressure was great and the shower was a room big enough to hold 6 people. Location was also pretty good, very close to Porta Pia buses and a lot of restaurants nearby. However, there were a few issues that made me reduce one star: * they only sent me the check-in code for the door less than 3 hours...

The hotel was very nice. It was very clean. The full breakfast in the morning was excellent. They had a 50% off happy hour every night, so a glass of wine was 2 euros. There are several good restaurants nearby. As a history buff I though it was interesting to see the Aurelian wall nearby. It is kind of far from the center of Rome, but the metro is a 10 minute walk and is easy to use. A cab ride downtown cost about 8 euro. Overall it was a great experience.

The hotel is just outside Rome. It's a perfect location. It's in safe neighborhood. Luca is a wonderful person who holds you upon your arrival on what to do and getting around like one of the locals. The room is great for Rome. It's clean, comfortable, had a safe deposit box, etc. Luca gives you a voucher for your breakfast and you choose to go to the restaurants indicated for your coffee and croissant . Would recommend this hotel

Quiet place a bit outside the central tourist area. Rooms are old but clean. Good dining options within walking distance. Expect 20min 10-15euro taxi rides to get into the central area. Great staff.

I stayed here for 1 night on 2 different occasions. The rooms are very clean and the bed is comfy. Each room has a hot water maker, and tea. Bulk bottled water and juice are always available. The location is also 10 minutes from the Rome Termini which makes commuting very easy

All of the staff at the Hotel Kent were incredibly kind and helpful. They had great suggestions for food close by and local transportation tips. The breakfast every morning was phenomenal and was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had.

Walking distance from train that goes to the airport, central location! Would stay there again.

This place was so great to stay at. I felt safe and taken care of. It was such a luxury place to stay at. The train station was less than a 10 minute walk and the other places were just a short taxi ride away

Hotel Artemide is centered in a convenient location. We were able to walk, to & from the train station, The Trevi Fountain & The Pantheon. The staff is very accommodating. Riiiight in the thick of it but even our room on the 2nd floor was very quiet. Great service and staff was very friendly!

The hotel is very well located in the middle of Rome close to many important and interesting sites. The stuff was amazing every each and one of them especially Luca who gave us really personal treatment and helped us in everything we needed. The hotel has 2 problems. One that the keys to the room are working for only one time and we had to get them fixed at the reception everyday sometimes more than once in one day. The second problem is that the hotel has heating systems that is automatic and...

Everything was wonderful

We loved the terrace breakfasts and late night drinks on the rooftop patio. The staff was consistently kind and accommodating. The central location made getting to/from all the historical sites on foot much easier. We'll book Ruby Hotels in the future. Thank you!
