Fully Furnished Accommodation. This modern 3 bedroom property offers all the creature comforts to make you feel at home. Providing space, convenience and year round comfort with split system cooling and ducted heating. It is perfect for singles, couples and families alike. Catering to holidaying families, small groups, business travelers or contractors. All three Bedrooms have queen beds in them with the third bedroom also having a single bed in it as well.

Please Note bedrooms are locked and are opened according to number of guests staying.

Beautifully appointed property

I had a great stay. Property is very well presented and really clean and tidy. Great outdoor area for my small dogs 🐕 close to good eateries. I'll be booking for next year when the agility trial dates are set.

I spend a lot of time in sale visiting family and this is the best dog friendly accommodation I’ve stayed in so far. It feels like a 2nd home with all you’d need whilst being walking distance to the Main Street. Very neat and tidy and fresh flowers on the dining table added a special touch. Will definitely return.

Lovely renovation, great location - super clean & well presented

Absolutely no complaints, owners were easily contactable property was very well presented and including some lovely flowers on the table. My only suggestion would be to improve on some technology like a DVD player and Bluetooth speaker for the lounge kitchen area just a suggestion. Thanks one again cheers

We really enjoyed staying at the house, thank you. It's the first time we've stayed at a Stayz house, and it was a good experience for us, so we'll book a Stayz house again in the future. A couple of things - when you turn on the air conditioner, it's like a plane taking off, so we could only have it on for 15 minutes at a time due to the noise, we couldn't hear the tv, and couldn't have a conversation. Maybe it needs a service or replacing. We couldn't find the plugs for the recliners, so we couldn't get any to work - maybe a couple of foot stools could be provided. It's nice to put your feet up after a long day. We were wondering if there could be a guest guide, like they have in motels - wifi password, when the bins go out, how to use the microwave, where to find a mop. These are just little things, it was so good to have an entire house to ourselves to relax in, after being out all day checking out the region. The property is presented well. Thank you to the hosts. A Home Away From Home.

The property was small but spacious enough for a family and/or self with pets on a vacation...it was manageable in terms of access and parking. The property was clean overall, bright and felt welcoming. It really felt like a home away from home.

Peaceful setting, nice & tidy

Property had everything required for our stay, would have liked to have some blankets in the cupboards as it got rather cold last night. There is a moldy smell in the hallway which aggravated my asthma last night. Great size courtyard for our dog. Foot stools for the loungeroom would be good as had no where to rest our feet. House is a good size. Really enjoyed our 1 night stay, thank you.

Very nice, we enjoyed the place. The only problem was we hired a 3 bedroom house and only got 2. One of the bedrooms was locked up. Also 1 of the beds was quite saggy and soft, giving me a sore back.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Booking confirmation and check in details came through promptly. The property is an an excellent quiet central location. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and Lake Guthridge. The property was presented as per the photos, very clean, comfortable and spacious. A magnificent vase of beautiful fresh roses greeted us on our arrival. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
