"Het Hotel had bevestiging gestuurd voor accoord. Dag voor aankomst stuurde Hakim van Hotel bericht dat hij net de boeking had gezien. Helaas was het appartement niet beschikbaar. Hij zou wat anders regelen. Wij toch naar Hotel en hoorden daar dat Hakim een groep bruiloftsgasten had geboekt. Hij had receptie opdracht gegeven om Buitenlandse gasten af te wimpelen. Heeft ons vervolgens in een “afbraakappartent” geplaatst omdat wij niets meer konden vinden. Wilde 20% meer geld omdat andere complex...

"We booked this villa for a stay for our family group of 8 for a restful few days. The house was huge and the pool lovely.
The facilities in the house included the pool table, electric piano, tv’s and Netflix.
The bedroom situation wasn’t ideal for our group which had 3 couples and 2 adult/teenage girls so privacy is important. We carefully checked the listing which noted “4 beautiful bedrooms” however there are only 3. The 4th ‘bedroom’ is a sofa bed in the lounge area. This meant our teenage...
