"Overall, very happy with our stay. We needed somewhere for the PGA Championship and it was certainly close enough to downtown Louisville for us. The neighborhood was nice and food/other necessities are close by. The home worked for our group of friends, but I do wish for a little more from the home. It felt like a home that was flipped, which isn’t a bad thing, but there are some things that could’ve been improved. For example, the windows used to have curtains and now they only have blinds....

"Only 4 miles from the interstate, this countryside listing is incredibly quiet, overlooking a pond, and horses and pastures in the distance. The host was very responsive, even allowing me to change dates with no notice. The unit was immaculate, comfortable beds, great showers, and the AC was already set to 68 and it was incredibly cool inside when it was really hot outside. "We were in town for a volleyball tournament. We wanted a clean space, with plenty of seating & comfortable beds to rest. Haystack Haven delivered on all of these! We all agreed, the beds were outstanding. The sectional couch had enough room for the dads of the group to catch their afternoon nap. We appreciated the washer & dryer with detergent to wash uniforms & socks. Great communication, great location. We will stay again!"

"A small group of found this stay and had such a wonderful stay and interactions with the host. The appliances are all modern, central air, and spacious bedrooms where we all had enough space. There is also a dishwasher and washer dryer in the home, which made clean up a breeze. The home is on the border of Indiana and Kentucky which made getting around quite easy and is very close to a store if you need to make trips to grab things you may have forgotten to pack or to grab things to eat. "Charming house. Lovely fenced back yard. Secure. Host left us plenty of snacks, coffee, drinks. The washer/dryer combo doesn't quite dry clothes well takes several hours to dry even small loads. Bedding a little thin but bed are very n8ce. We recommend staying here."

"We had such a good time and the house was perfect for our family. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved the coffee bar area and backyard for the kids to play in. The basement had a smoky smell when we arrived, but seemed to go away by the time we had left… maybe a cleaning crew immediately before? Also, the garage is very tight. If you drive a big SUV, you’ll have to park in the driveway."
