The room was very clean and it was nice and quiet. There were not people running up and down the halls or being loud in their rooms or slamming doors. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. I did not see any pests or bugs either which is a bonus. There were plenty of parking spaces and the breakfast was not terrible. There were plenty of restaurants and places to shop even though I didn't get to do much because I was there for a work trip.

After reading some bad reviews we were worried but after arriving and staying for 2 nights here is what my wife and I experienced. The room was clean and comfortable, the site was secure and we felt safe. It was well lighted at night. The staff was extremely friendly and hard working. We ate the breakfast there and it was well maintained and good food. Hitesh (hopefully I spelled his name correctly) and the other gentelman who kept up with the breakfast bar really made our stay with their friendly smiles and attitudes. We throughly enjoyed it and had a relaxing stay, if we find ourselves in this area again, I would not hesitate to book it.

Its a place to sleep. Bed was comfortable. Bright ground lighs come on at dark, so you better close the black out curtain. I woke up around 1am and thought I woke up in the middle of the day. Lol.

Customer service was great. The breakfast was really good. The housekeeping people were very friendly and asked if we needed anything. The rooms could use a little bit of updating, but they were very clean. Besides a cigarette butts on the ground, the outside area was clean.

The desk attendant when checking in seemed to be bothered that we were even there. Not friendly and merely went through the motions of checking in. Room was clean for the most part. Biggest complaints are the pillows were awful. They were about the size of a throw pillow and flattened as soon as you laid your head on them. The refrigerator did not work properly. Kept nothing cold. Coffee maker was extremely slow. The complimentary items (coffee, soap, shampoo, etc) were of the lowest possible quality. The TV was impossible to watch as there was little to no signal to it. Constant spinning, and lagging when something finally loaded.
