Hotel was in a great location. Plenty of shopping and different places to eat. There did appear to be some plumbing issues. Leak in the Lobby, lukewarm shower, and a clogged sink. Staff was very nice.

We were pleasantly surprised by the rooms and spaciousness. The bathrooms leave a but to be desired- room only had one towel in it and the toilet seat was really loose, but everything was clean. You do hear a lot of the road noise from the expressway.

We had an emergency overnight stay and everyone was kind and professional the room itself was very very clean and orderly. We stayed in a king deluxe with the kitchenette and everything was in working condition. I have previously worked hotel maintenance and knew what to look for and they by far exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would recommend

Only had 1 towel for 4 people stay. In morning when we were to shower we asked the front desk for some and she dismissively said “well I don’t have any to give you.” I have never been to a hotel that doesn’t have towels.
