Spacious apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a furnished terrace where you can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation. The location is very central: just 250 m from the Duomo, 450 m from the Villa Comunale, and a short walk from the Lungomare Trieste, the beating heart of the city’s nightlife thanks to its numerous clubs, bars, and pizzerias. Santa Teresa Beach is also just a 5-minute walk away, offering breathtaking views of the entire gulf!<br><br><br><br>The 113-square-meter apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator; please note that you’ll need to climb the stairs to access it. <br><br><br><br>The interior layout is as follows: <br><br>- Open-concept kitchen with a dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, conventional oven, and microwave (please note there is one step to enter and a second step inside)<br><br>- Living room with a double sofa bed, desk, and dining table<br><br>- Bedroom I with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and sofa (please be careful on the staircase leading to the loft inside the bedroom, which is empty)<br><br>- Bedroom II with a double bed, desk, and closet<br><br>- Bathroom with toilet, bidet, and shower (one step to access it)<br><br>- Second bathroom with toilet, bidet, and bathtub<br><br>- 40-square-meter terrace furnished with a table and chairs.<br><br><br><br>Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED Wi-Fi, independent heating, two fans, a clothes drying rack, an iron, and an ironing board.<br><br><br><br>Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).<br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE: There is a locked gate in the kitchen leading to the storage area on the lower floor. Please do not open it and be careful if you are traveling with small children.<br><br><br><br>7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Salerno, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person and will be collected in cash for the first 5 nights. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).<br><br>Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.<br><br>Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.<br><br>Salerno Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.<br><br><br><br>For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:<br><br>EUR 20 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM<br><br>EUR 25 from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM, <br><br>EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to 12:00 AM.<br><br>Check-in is not possible after 12:00 a.m., even for a fee.<br><br>All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.<br><br><br
