Staff was great with questions about the area and the ferry schedule. Giovanni was especially helpful as his English was excellent.

"The unit was well equipped and maintained and clean (apart from some dusting required under the bed which was visible). The only significant issue was a dog barking incessantly in the unit above. I went upstairs and knocked. No one answered but the barking stopped shortly thereafter. Ultimately not a big issue but also not something that we’d expected to have to deal with. The unit had fantastic views and ambiance. Overall we enjoyed our stay. "

"When we arrived we had to wait 45 minutes outside as there was no access. The owner stated someone would be there, then after we arrived he quoted 15 minutes, and the we continued to wait.
Upon access the room was in disrepair and had a terrible smell.
We refused to stay, the owner ran our credit card and refused a crefit when we complained to Hotels.com."
