"Property was full and not enough close parking. The beds were really uncomfortable. I think that for the high price we’ve paid the conditions could be better. The lady in the reception was adorable, the bedsheets and towels were exceptionally clean. It was only 3 minutes away (car) from downtown and the telecabine. The apartment was big including the rooms. "

"We didn't feel that this property was representative of the listing pictures. It was a lot more run down and stark in comparison. "Appartments, notice this since there are no daily cleaning (which is fine by me) and you might need your own towels if travelling more than 2 people, likewise bring your own toiletpaper. We did not buy breakfast, not sure if this is possible, but there is a supermarket 600meter from the appartment and you can use the kitchen to do your own breakfast (or meals in general)"

"Los apartamentos son nuevos con todas las comodidades. Echo en falta que los radiadores no funcionaron en los 5 días que estuvimos. La explicación era que tenia 23 grados la casa, increíble porque nunca funcionaron, a cambio nos dieron un radiador para sustituir esta carencia. Creo que deben arreglar esto."

Elle ne fait aucun effort pour comprendre et trouver une solution ! Heureusement hôtel.com dispose d’un chat en ligne qui ont finit par appeler l’hôtel pour expliquer comment il fallait faire.. accueil pas très aimable et pas d’indication sur l’état des lieux à l’arrivée !
