The property was under construction and it appeared to be a long-term project. There was trash all around the outside parking areas. The entrance was not easy to discern. I parked at double doors on the backside, but the entrance had a single door. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable. The sofa was hard as a board! Very strange! Fortunately, I just needed a place to sleep for the night and it sufficed. Things just seem to be halfway finished.

Our stay was very nice! The hotel is undergoing some heavy renovations, but I can tell that this place will be incredible once it's done! As soon as we came in, Sishu (I hope I got his name right) welcomed us in with excellent service. Our room was beautiful, with a comfy bed, fancy tech and a NICE shower! One of those waterfall ones that have been popping up lately, very luxurious with great water pressure. We went downstairs to eat at the restaurant on-site, which has yummy Indian food alongside some traditional American bar food. We ordered naan and butter chicken, and Sishu even whipped up a little chana masala for me on the house! (Very delicious by the way) Even with limited staff, Sishu went above and beyond to make our stay great. Great conversation too! Charlie was the very sweet lady working the bar, and when we woke up the next morning to check out she was manning the front desk! We had a great conversation with her with lots of laughs. There was also a gentleman working in the morning (didnt get his name) who I think was a manager, and he was great to talk to as well! This place has a wonderful staff, and I recommend staying here!

The property is going through renovations. The renovated room is nice. It was clean and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly. The breakfast had a good variety of food. When the renovations are done this will be a very nice hotel. The reason I gave four stars instead of five is on the day we checked in whatever they were using had a very strong odor throughout the hotel. Even in our room. It started going away in the evening. The next day it was gone. When the renovations are done this will be a very nice hotel.

Property is undergoing renovations and still was extremely clean throughout. The staff was FANTASTIC in always sharing a greeting or checking to see if everything was good. The beds and pillows are the wonderful creating the best sleep I've ever had away from home. The location was right off the interstate but still extremely quiet. The shower and mirror over the sink are space age technology! Took about 30 seconds to figure out what to press to operate the shower, but after some quick trial and error, I was spoiled,

The rooms were in process of being remodeled. The floors are hardwood with a large gap under the door and can hear every little sound. The parking lor did not feel safe. I think in a couple months it could improve. The sound reverbancey might continue to. E an issue. The room we were initially given was occupied and had to request another room.

Incredibly rude. Reserved the hotel as I’m driving cross country. Before booking, their site stated pets allowed. When we got there they said they won’t give us a room since we had a cat. When I mentioned the website says pets allowed, they said dogs only and it was their policy to not allow cats. Management did nothing to fix this even though their customer service online said both cats and dogs are allowed at this property. Was almost stranded as all other hotels were booked up minus one.
