"I would not recommend this place. Our room was basically filled with the bed, and the carpet was so disgustingly dirty that we had to place towels on the floor to walk without our shoes. The walls were so thin that we heard several people snoring at night, as well as phones vibrating. We hardly slept! Very disappointing!"

We paid extra specifically for a bay view room with a balcony and instead were put in a cheap room overlooking the parking lot with no balcony whatsoever. That is not a minor inconvenience — it is literally not the room category we booked and paid for. To make things worse, the hotel barely provided basic toiletries. No lotion and missing standard amenities you would expect even from lower-priced hotels. The entire stay felt low quality and poorly managed. Parking was another joke: extremely limited spaces while still charging $15 per night. Paying extra for downgraded accommodations and inconvenient parking made the whole experience frustrating from start to finish. If you book an upgraded room here, don’t assume you’ll actually receive it. We definitely did not."
