Small but roomy and cozy

Quiet area, comfortable bed. Floors get dirty quickly because of outside and tiles indoors but the towels looked dirty. The only issue we had was that since we arrived late at night the door knob wouldn’t allow us to open the door it was 11pm and we kept calling and messaging the host. With no response until 2am. Pushed the door open so the knob broke in which I paid to replace it although it looked like it was always an issue with the way the door knob was. I had no problem paying to replace it since it wasn’t the same condition in which it was when I checked in. Although it could have been avoided had the host responded. But I understand it was late at night. My only issue was dirty floors dirty towels, late response in an emergency. But I will say the host is very polite and professional.

No frills, but adequate

Small one bedroom apartment. Kitchen does not have anything except two plates for spoons knives. No coffee, no sugar, no ice etc. Television in living area only received three channels in Spanish only. Television and bedroom had Roku for a short amount of time and then nothing.

Un apto muy limpio, espacioso, acogedor muy tranquilo el lugar. No conocí el dueño, solo tuve comunicación atraves del CEL, contestó todo lo q le pregunté. Solo tiene q arreglar una filtración x las paredes del baño. Y ponerle otra goma a la puerta del cuarto q da a la parte de atrás. Se metió una araña grande al cuarto y se mete el agua si llueve muy fuerte. Pero en general el apto es acogedor y cómodo. Muy bonito. Me encantó la facilidad.

El lugar es comodo. Pero mi opinión para q mejoren es en tenerle todo a la persona q se va alojar, como bastantes toallas, utensilios de cocina y la casa mas limpia.

Experiencia fatal! Se tivo que limpiar baño y piso en cuando se llegó ya que estaba asqueroso, mesa de noche tenía sangre, sofa cama y futon rotos y con residuos masculinos en ellos, pantaloncillos entre medios de ellos, las patas de la cama rotas apenas pudimos dormir, cortina baño sucia, mimes a monton, ratones, cucarachas,entre otro; realmente debería el anfitrion tener en consideración y dar un crédito por dicha situación. Ahhhh! Sin olvidar el parking! Dice que tiene estacionamiento lo cual es mentira. Seguridad fatal no hay Cámara y la privacidad que dice tener es erronea ya que no existe la misma.
