"Room was poorly maintained. Toilet didn’t flush right, sink drainer broken, microwave latch broken, wall thermostat not functional."

"I was hoping we would have tea or coffee making facilities in our room but that was not the case. Our room was clean but in the bathroom the valve line supply at the toilet was leaking and had a bucket under it which I emptied twice. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had tea coffee plus milk and orange juice. Cereal was available plus fruit. Toast, muffins, etc were available. There were restaurants nearby and just off 1-57 so convenient."
