"Andrew and Anthony were awesome. They accommodated us at every turn. We did not have a car, they shuttled us to a local restaurant. We did not have food, they cooked for us. They made us drinks, suggested wines and helped us enjoy the beautiful scenery of the rolling Tuscany landscape. Our Stay here was wonderful, just not long enough."

"This place is amazing! The views are spectacular. The room was perfect and the grounds are exactly what you’d expect for Tuscany. The owner is on hand at all times and is very friendly and accommodating. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get in until midnight. He stayed up for us and talked us through the directions there. You do need a car if you’re staying here since there is no public transportation. "

"The perfect choice for accomodation in Volterra. Location couldn't be better, situated right outside the gate to the old city. Parking was great. Room was spacious, clean with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful to get you ready for a full day of exploring."

"Sadly we only had one night here, but what a place. The setting for breakfast, and indeed other meals is incredible. Really wish we'd stayed for more nights. Will be back! "

"The host is amazing and very easy to talk with. She made sure everything was perfect. You should know this place is on top floor so there are 2-3 flights of stairs. It is worth it. Food and shopping near by. She is available anytime for questions. We stayed 3 nights and we would return! Thank you so much for such a great stay!!"

"The proprietor Manfredi was very accommodative, informative about the area and even gave us a tour of the property. The room was exceptionally clean, and with a car only about 2-3 minutes from San Gimignano. The property affords great views of the Tuscan landscape."

"The best option for San Gimignano! The property is so beautiful that you think you are in a magazine. The well kept grounds are filled with blooming flowers and picturesque vantages. A friendly cat, cooing pigeons, and happy chickens add to the ambience. The rooster somehow also stays quiet... The rooster I keep at home is much less polite. Eating a delicious breakfast with the view of San G is so peaceful compared to fighting the crowds in the town. Relaxing by the pool at the end of your day...

"B&B La Cornice is beautifully maintained and has an incredible view of San Gimignano. Our room was lovely and comfortable. The short walk to San Gimignano is easy to accomplish to tour the town and return later in the day for dinner. Our host Benedetta was very welcoming and very knowledgeable about where to eat and where to visit in the surrounding area. We highly recommend B&B La Cornice. "

The breakfast selections were excellent and tasty and the kitchen facilities very well thought out. A great place to stay- if we are in the area again it will be the first place we book- just wish we'd had longer there."
