"As there is so much static coming from the floors and dry mops there was bits of fluff. The stand for the coffee/tea was not dusted. It was not obvious as to how to connect to Wi Fi. The TV was too big for the room and the sound would cut in and out of most channels available. "

Twin beds were not available, but the staff upgraded to a small apartment with a convertible sofa which was located in an annexe. Great thst they could do this, but it did cost an extra £120 on top of the £170 already paid. Expedia shoul have been explicit about what a twin room is. Because what they probided was a double room."
