NOVELTY 04 APARTMENTS BEACH VIEWS AND AIR-CONDITIONED:
The Novelty apartments are located in front of the Salou promenade, we have two apartments, all of them air-conditioned, the terraces on the promenade, overlooking the main beach. Port Aventura Theme Park is 10 minutes away by car or 15 minutes by bus. Direct buses stop 50 meters from the complex and Reus Airport is 10 km away.

Salou's boardwalk is full of many shops and restaurants. There are also many popular bars and clubs in the city center.

We have 2 apartments in the Novelty complex:

Cozy air-conditioned apartment with capacity for 4 people consisting of:

- 1 a room of 2 beds of 90cm with built-in wardrobe

The environment

Its excellent situation will allow you to move around the city without having to use the car, it has the beach at 50 meters, the main shops, restaurants within 50 meters, if you want you have bus stops, taxi at 50 meters.

At Salou beach you can enjoy different water activities. Port Aventura 2 km Aquopolis Water Park 3 km

House's rules:

1º.We are available for any consultation with the objective of having a pleasant stay.

2º.The apartment is rented with sheets (towels for rent at € 4 per person).

3rd. Entry from Monday to Sunday (express check-in: key delivery from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.)

Check-in time to the apartment: from 17:00 (if there is a guest who leaves that day, otherwise they can enter from 9:00).

Departure time from the apartment: no later than 11 am

4º.Please leave the apartment in the same conditions as they found it, the kitchen has to leave everything in its place.

5th. Respect the rules of the community and the neighbors.

6º.It is necessary to present the documentation on the identity of the clients and sign the contract.

7th. Stay tax: € 1 per person per night (only pay the first 7 nights, adults).
