The apartment has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with a single bed. There is a full bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a living room with side sea views.

It has a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and hot water heater. With a heat pump/air conditioning system, it is ideal both in summer and winter, for short or long periods, and for both vacation and business trips. 5. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same condition as you found it. The kitchen must be left clean and tidy. Guests are not allowed to leave trash in the apartment.

6. Please respect the community rules and the neighbors.

7. It is necessary to present identification documents and sign the contract.

8. The security deposit will be processed by Apartbeach through a charge to your card and will be returned after the apartment has been inspected, within a minimum of 7 days.

The tourist tax will be processed by ApartBeach and must be paid on the day of check-in.
