The apartment offers breathtaking panoramic sea views, 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and recently renovated bathroom with shower, 1 guest toilet, beautifully furnished spacious living room with panoramic windows and nice terrace to enjoy your meal outdoors.

The apartment is located 200 meters from the beautiful sandy beach in a quiet residential area of Salou (Cap Salou), nearby everything necessary for comfortable living and leisure: the famous park Port Aventura, golf club, supermarket, restaurants, bars, cafes. public transport stop of Bus Plana with direct connections to Barcelona airport , tours to Andorra, Nice, Barcelona, Valencia, Tarragona,. Ideal for family vacations.

Cap Salou - is the most clean, quiet and picturesque district of Salou, surrounded by pine trees and clean sandy beaches "Calas". The closest beach is Cala Crancs located in 200 meters from the building. Not recommended for young groups who are interested in night clubs and discos. Ideal for families who appreciate quiet and calm holidays near the sea and clean picturesque beach which is never overloaded by touristis. Bus Plana stop is in 10 minutes walk from the house, with direct connections with Barcelona and Reus airports every 1 hour in high season and every 2-3 hours in low season

By the check-in there is additional payment for final cleaning 50 euros nd the security deposite of 200 euro (bank cheques are not accepted) which is refundable by the check-out of the guests
