Imagine waking up with an impressive panoramic view of the city from the terrace, from the Pilons de Salou to Cambrils and bidding farewell to the day with the incredible sunsets over Llevant beach as a backdrop.
Located in the emblematic Santillana building, at the beginning of Paseo Jaume I, with the famous luminous fountain at your feet and Paseo Colón just a stone's throw away. Cross the pedestrian street and you'll be on the golden sand of Llevant beach, with a blue flag and shallow waters ideal for children and water activities such as paddle-surfing.
Just a few steps from the door you will find an incredible variety of restaurants, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops, with no need to use the car! You can leave it in the building's car park during your entire stay.
The apartment, practical and functional, has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with single beds and is equipped with air conditioning in the master bedroom and in the living room. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals to enjoy on the terrace. Everything tastes better with those views!
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Not accessible to wheelchair users. There are 3 steps to access the building.
- Group bookings not accepted. Families only.
- Optional parking with supplement and upon request and availability. Suitable only for standard cars; large vehicles will not fit. Book it in advance as there is usually no parking on neighbouring streets.

- WIFI included during your stay.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupants' details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

Salou holiday
Apartment was lovely with brilliant views of the beach and great location,only a couple of issues,when we arrived on sunday boiler was not working so had to wait till Monday tea time for engineer to fix it(so no shower till then)TV is in spanish only,not a real problem,and the remote control blinds on the balcony kept opening and closing on there own!

Better service. Better repair solutions. Had constant leaking airco, also a sunscreen wich did not work. I send a message but nobody came helping. The bathroom was smelling every day because of some bas sewering. Also nobody came for that dure our stay. I would like some compensation for the trouble. Could not sit on the balcany of the sunscreen not working. Too much heat from the sun. Also had to change a bucket every 4 hours for the leaking airco. Something i dont like to do on my vacation. Also sitting continue in smelling bathrooms due the bad sewering.
The bed was too small for me. My feet was sticking out continue. I am a normal person with a normal length for holland.
Also the paint in the bathroom wall in the shower was falling apart.
Due all this trouble, i will stay there again because of the good location. As i expect the trouble will be fixed next time.

Salou en plein mois d'Aout donc plage surpeuplée et du monde en soirée dans les rues & restaurants.Tout est accessible à pied.Plage et mer adapté à des jeunes enfants. Peu de profondeur sur les X premiers metres.Dans l'ensemble, l'appartement et l'immeuble sont tout à fait convenable pour 4 personnes.Points forts :- appartement très bien situé (plage, commerces & restaurants)- très belle vue mer et feu d'artifice du 15 aout- immeuble bien entretenu avec assenceur et gardien- bel espace à vivre dans le salon- suffisament de rangements- terrasse agréable pour 4 maximum- cuisine ok- clim efficace dans le salon et la chambre parentale mais il fait chaud dans la chambre avec les lits simples- parking ok (3008 coffre de toit)Points négatif :- Isolation phonique. Par ex., la baie vitrée du salon ne ferme pas completement. Vu le bruit extérieur due à la localisation, on attendait mieux- la petite chambre donne sur le couloir de l'immeuble - peu de lumière naturelle et vis à vis- idem pour la cuisine. La fenêtre donne sur une autre cloison en verre quasi opaque - quasi aucune lumière ni aération- le canapé mériterai d'être nettoyé et l'assise est creusée donc assez peu confortable- ménage ok mais sans plus : Brosse de toilette, baignoire et table sales, insecte ecrasé sur un mur de la chambre- quelques equipements "de base" manquants - pas d'aspirateur, pas de caraffe, pas de bols- petit lit dans la chambre parentale; le matelas ne doit pas faire 140cm - le s

Super vacances !
Deuxième fois que nous louons cet appartement, il est fonctionnel et la vue est à couper le souffle !
Le parking en sous-sol et ses nombreux piliers est un enfer pour les grosses voitures !
