Imagine waking up to an impressive panorama of the entire Salou promenade stretching to Cambrils and ending the day with incredible sunsets over the Llevant beach as a backdrop.
Located in the iconic Santillana building, at the beginning of Jaume I Promenade, with the famous illuminated fountain at your feet and Colón Promenade just a step away. Cross the pedestrian street, and you'll be on the golden sands of Llevant beach, with its blue flag and shallow waters ideal for children and water activities like paddleboarding.
Just steps from the door, you'll find an incredible variety of restaurants, ice cream parlors, supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops, all without needing to use the car! You can leave it in the building's parking lot throughout your stay.
The practical and functional apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, and is equipped with air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room. There is a fan in the second bedroom. There is a full bathroom with a bathtub. The well-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals to enjoy on the terrace. Everything tastes better with those views!
GOOD TO KNOW:
- Not accessible for wheelchair users. There are three steps to access the building.
- No group bookings. Families only.
- Optional parking with a surcharge and subject to request and availability. Suitable only for cars, large vehicles do not fit. Book in advance, as parking is not usually available on nearby streets.
- No pets allowed.
- WIFI included during your stay.
- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price.
- It is mandatory to complete online registration at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes providing the details of all occupants as required by Royal Decree 933/2021 and completing all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key collection. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all the necessary information regarding this process. Keys must be collected from the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou.

Perfect location with onsite parking available, great views from balcony. Kitchen had a very old small toaster oven in place of a regular oven which made cooking a little bit challenging. Water heater had to be reset constantly, not a major issue and they did send a maintenance technician out to try and fix it. Only one plug socket in kitchen so you have to choose if you want to use kettle, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker or toaster one item at a time! Overall, a great location and comfortable accommodation, we would stay here again.
Great location and views! Bosch appliances in kitchen and apartment very spacious. Boiler stopped working 3 times in the week we were there due to the drop in water pressure - it's on the 8th floor. Plumber showed us what to do the 1st time. There are buckets on the balcony which we didnt know about.as Air con leaked badly. Water ended up running down to shops below and we got a visit from one of them. He knew exactly where to go to get them so obviously an ongoing problem. Would have been nice to be told this as had to empty buckets almost every day after that. All in all a lovely apartment apart from these minor problems.

Position au centre de Salou très confortable
La situation exceptionnelle au pied des plages, l'accès facile à la mer, le parking à disposition et l'orientation qui préserve en grande majorité du soleil.
La terrasse est confortable avec les tentes, et le double vitrage isole parfaitement des bruits extérieurs.
Les matériaux en bois confèrent une certaine atmosphère chaleureuse.
Beaucoup de rangements faciles.
la décoration intérieure est un peu simpliste
