"Perfect stay from start to finish! Check in the receptionist was lovely very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. We used the spa facilities both days on our stay, the pool area is lovely, everything was really clean, your able to relax with drinks from the bar, we had massages and they were lovely! Breakfast was perfect, there was continental and a choice from the kitchen to order, staff were amazing very attentive, and there was no waiting time. Once again very clean and helpful! Would highly recommend this Hotel and would definitely travel back here again."

Highly recommend especially if you are looking to stay near the outdoor ski slope as it’s just across the road, Gloucester quays/town centre just a short drive away. "
