- Beautiful 3,200 square foot home in the avenues was recently remodeled and has updated kitchen, bathrooms and A/C. Modern amenities meet a historic touch. Prime location between the university and downtown makes getting around the Salt Lake valley convenient. Home is ideal for remote work and is setup with gig fiber internet on a mesh network. Home is walking distance to Smith's (grocery store) and local restaurants. You are a short uber ride from downtown nightlife, the convention center, the University of Utah, Lindsay Gardens and Liberty Park, public transit also picks up 20 yards from the front door. This is an outdoor lovers paradise just blocks away from hiking and mountain biking trail such as the Crest, Bonneville Shoreline, and Bobsled trails.
