Beautiful 3,200 square foot home in the avenues was recently remodeled and has updated kitchen, bathrooms and A/C. Modern amenities meet a historic touch. Prime location between the university and downtown makes getting around the Salt Lake valley convenient. Home is ideal for remote work and is setup with gig fiber internet on a mesh network. Home is walking distance to Smith's (grocery store) and local restaurants. You are a short uber ride from downtown nightlife, the convention center, the University of Utah, Lindsay Gardens and Liberty Park, public transit also picks up 20 yards from the front door. This is an outdoor lovers paradise just blocks away from hiking and mountain biking trail such as the Crest, Bonneville Shoreline, and Bobsled trails. Our daughter was admitted to Primary Children's hospital, and we needed a place to stay. This home was close, but it was also really nice! It's beautiful, clean, well stocked, and with a really great location. We would definitely stay here again (though hopefully in different circumstances).

The host, who lives next door, was very responsive and accommodating. Very big bedrooms, kitchen, and dining room, so it was easy to have twelve people sharing the house, while feeling as though there was plenty of space. This was our second time staying in the house, we highly recommend it!

I highly recommend this house if you are in the area. Everything was clean, beds are comfortable, house is well stocked and beautiful. Backyard was a delight, we sat out by the fire every night visiting. Perfect location!! We just loved our stay.

This was a GREAT house, well kept, clean and convenient. It was perfect for my family, especially for my elderly parents, since it has kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms and bathroom with a walk-in shower on the ground floor level. The neighborhood was quiet and great for short walks. Dave provided good restaurant recommendations for places nearby. Overall, a great stay and would definitely rent this house again.

We had three families traveling from different parts of the country to meet in SLC and this house was perfect for us. Plenty of common open areas and the fire pit area out back was nice too. The house is a good blend of old charm with modern renovations. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great week staying at the Blue House! It has lovely historic charm with modern updates throughout. Having downstairs bedrooms and full bath was a huge plus! Plenty of towels and kitchen supplies, just not enough cereal/soup bowls for a crowd. We would absolutely stay there again!
