Nice private loft apartment just 1/2 block from Liberty Park! Sits on a quiet Street, minutes from downtown Salt Lake City via bike, or car. 45 minute drive from Park City, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude! Plenty of restaurants & Brew Pubs close by.

This Victorian house was built in 1907 and has lots of history & charm! The updated Loft apt is located upstairs & the private entrance is located around the back on the left.

Apartment includes full kitchen with fridge, electric stove, microwave-oven, and coffeemaker. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, dishes and glassware.

It has a large private outdoor patio. Smoking outside on the patio is ok.

My boyfriend and I were super pleased with our stay here! The place has so much character and charm. Being walking distance from a local coffee shop was an added bonus that worked out really well for us. Our stay was short but it was great!

If you have family in the SLC area and want your "own" space, this is a great find. The space is exactly as advertised; the unit is quiet, communication with the host is flawless and check-in was a dream. But the location is key. If you like morning walks/jogs, Liberty Park is literally steps away (oh and the Aviary in the park is a must-see). Also within walking distance is great restaurants and coffee shops. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect place to stay. Easy booking & check-in process. Great Salt Lake City location - very quiet neighborhood, one block to a quaint cafe, coffee shop & park. Minutes from downtown. This property was cozy and well kept. It’s close to dining and shopping options. It’s just a few minutes by car to the airport, downtown, or the Natural History Museum. Gorgeous views from the deck! Also, the massage chair is a must try.

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. Communication with the property owner was easy and he responded very quickly. The place is super cute and an awesome location - close to Liberty Park and Park Cafe (which was also awesome). Husband loved the wifi name reference (he’s a movie geek too). Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Such a great value too!
