"The staff were very nice, room was very clean. Location was convenient, with that came the traffic noise all night, no fault of the hotel. It was nice to have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We had plenty of towels & hot water. After a hot soaking bath, the tub was clogged, we let staff know in the morning since we wended to sleep and the tub still had not fully drained. Maintenance tended to clog while we were out, they left a bit of a mess. The drain was partially unclogged, extremely slow. We choose to just deal with it, since we did not want to change rooms. I am sure they would have moved us if we requested."

"Took over 1 hour to get the hotel shuttle to pick me up from the airport. Was told a 15 minute wait when I initially called. Called again at 25 min, and again at 55 min, until the front desk finally called the driver. Mind you SLC is 38 degrees outside while you wait."

"Quiet, comfortable and convenient. The room was clean and very comfortable. We had just returned from Europe and needed sleep! Shuttle guy was prompt and helpful but way too talkative for us - we were so tired. Room coffee maker was not great so we had to get coffee in the lobby but that means getting dressed."
