Beautiful, private setting. Two parking spaces per unit. No boats, trailers or golf carts. No pets.

3 BR, 2 B. K * Q * S (with trundle). Island Club linen service with beds made. Oceanfront, top floor end unit so no overhead noise. Lovely wide views of the beach and blue waters of the Atlantic. Third bedroom is sleep den with S trundle (no closet). Open floor plan with tray ceiling and an abundance of natural light. Each bedroom has Smart TV with cable; 65” Smart TV in living area. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, wireless Internet access. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops in kitchen. Tile and luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout. Covered private oceanfront balcony. Close proximity to elevator. Nightly rentals allowed November through May. No smoking. No pets.
**Starting January 15, 2025, construction on the retaining wall between buildings I and J will begin. The project is expected to last approximately 6 weeks, with work scheduled Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please be advised that loud construction noise, vibrations, and dust are expected during this time**
