Welcome to Summer Winds Sports Condo Complex located in the quaint fishing village of Salter Path (next to Emerald Isle). Summer Winds condos are guaranteed to meet the needs of all members in your party! Summer Winds has both direct oceanfront & oceanfront condos only!

These events can also be incorporated with a wonderful beach getaway! All visitors to Summer Winds have full use of the entire range of recreational activities.

Summer Winds A-301 is a Third-Floor, Oceanfront 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath condo. It has a private balcony with ocean and pool views. Living Area. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar area with microwave and dishwasher. Master bedroom has a King Bed and a private bath. Bedroom #2 has a Queen. Bedroom #3 has a Set of Twin Beds. 4 Color Cable TVs, 3 DVD Players, Stereo with CD Player, Microwave, Dishwasher. Central Air/Heat. Covered Deck with Furniture. High Speed Internet Access!

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

No Smoking.

No Pets.

Rents Weekly only Sunday - Sunday.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
