"The room was clean, it had a room safe, a tea kettle, but need to make nescafe, no real coffee. It offers a great breakfast. It conveniently located for visiting Bath. Staff was good"

" If you’re hoping for a relaxing stay, this hotel may disappoint unless you’re on the top floor. Our first night was ruined by constant creaking floorboards from the room above, and although we were moved, the same issue occurred again. The rooms are in need of a thorough deep clean and proper soundproofing. To make matters worse, we were very disappointed with the lack of concern shown by staff when we raised these issues at check-out. Overall, the experience was poor and not worth the price paid. "

"Lovely accommodation and very very clean which was fab and appreciated, except for spider webs at back of door to walk in wardrobe and lots of dust right by bottom of bathroom sinks which is probably difficult to get a vacuum there.Bar shut at 830pm on sat evening which could be helpful to be told that at check in.Lovely site and position though, would return and recommend."

"Lodge was good, the carpets were a bit grubby in places and the en-suite bathroom was mouldy in quite a few places, also there were a lot of cobwebs around the ceilings and windows but everywhere else was really clean!!"

"Bit old and tired - shower dors didn't shut properly and had to renovate the toilet seat! Appreciated the fresh milk in fridge and the friendly staff."
