It’s a clean, nice high tech building, but, my check-in was a nightmare, the company who owns the building or manage they’re not at the property. And the reception people cannot help you at the reception. When I arrived, it was late in the evening. I was super tired. I was expecting my check-in to be smooth. It took more than 2 hours till they figure it out. Nobody at the reception speak English that part I understand. What I don’t understand is that, “If they want to expand their business with foreigners, they need to make the process smoother for them. And this morning when I was checking out, I’ve only a backpack that I travel. I asked the reception people if they can just watch this for me while I’m in the bag having some breakfast. They were simply not taking any responsibility whatsoever to help you with that. They asked me to just leave it at the lobby and it should be OK but they’re not responsible if anything happens. So that was super weird. because this suppose to be a hospitality business. Anyway, this was my experience. Good luck for the other travelers.
