The staff was the best, special mention to Emerson in reception who was incredibly helpful and attentive. All staff was very nice (Rafael and Osario) always going above and beyond to make sure we were okay. Thank you all for your great service. The pousada is rustic and looks like a tropical paradise and it is great value for money. Good breakfast and really good restaurant options. But didn’t feel safe outside, really noise drilling construction work on both sides of the room, lots of ‘selling all sorts’ just not safe at night, really trapped in and lots of really nasty mosquitoes. Ideal for just a couple of nights if you can make it.

Contratamos um quarto triplo e ficamos num duplo com uma cama pequena. No quarto tinha indícios de mofo, infiltração do andar superior. O quarto era limpo, trocavam as toalhas todos os dias. O hotel não é ruim, mas está velho, sem manutenção e o serviço é fraco. Ar condicionado do quarto estava quebrado. O banheiro só tinha agua quente. Quando abri o registro da agua fria começou a pingar. Ou seja, alguem fez um armengue na manutenção. Os funcionários também são pouco eficientes. Além disso, a area da piscina é apertada demais. Resumo, esse hotel setia razoável se custasse metade do preço. Pelo valor que foi cobrado eu classifico como ruim.

Boa localização, piscina excelente, café da manhã excelente, colaboradores prestativos. Pra mim os problemas foram o quarto e o banheiro. O quarto tinha mezanino e com uma escada extremamente perigosa, o mezanino de madeira faz muito barulho, as camas de solteiro são estreitas e o banheiro é minúsculo.

Fiquei hospedado no quarto 107, ao lado do depósito de material. A funcionária começa a trabalhar cedo fazendo barulho e no celular (alguma rede social). Então o conforto do silêncio não existe naquele quarto pela manhã. Chuveiro nao tem água quente o suficiente devido a demanda. Cafe da manhã ok. Funcionário atenciosos. Flexível em deixar a mala pós check out.
