The home is equipped with an elevator that provides access to all floors, including the ground floor.

Outside, you'll find 1800 sq ft of deck space, a heated saltwater pool, a 4-person spa, two outdoor showers, and a Pickleball net for guests to use and enjoy. Little Cayman will no longer be pet-friendly starting October 1, 2025.

Excellent house, great location

We (two families with kids) loved the location of the house, how close it was to the quiet beach and we could walk to the next ice cream shop. The size of the house was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen had everything and even more what we needed! The pool and hot tub was perfect! It’s the perfect house for a family vacation! And Vacasa is a great rental company!

Good house for large family

With 5 king suites, the layout of this house is perfect for multiple couples. We are a family of 5 separate couples and everyone felt they had their own space when needed. We also loved all the decks on the house. The location is a bit away from larger grocery stores and restaurants, but the tradeoff is a peaceful quiet beach atmosphere. The furnishings are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped but the house could have been cleaner. The floors were very dirty when we arrived so we immediately called Vacasa. They sent an entire crew the following day to thoroughly clean the floors so for us, the problem was resolved. Bathrooms were clean and bedding fresh. The kitchen was surface clean, but could probably use a thorough cleaning of cupboards, appliances, etc. However, it is a rental during the busy season so can't expect it to be as clean as your own kitchen. The pool, hot tub, and entire pool area was extremely clean!!

Wonderful Vacation

We had three families stay during our vacation. Spacious and open for everyone to have enough room and enjoy. The leveled decks were a wonderful option to sit outside and enjoy. The outdoor furniture was an added bonus to enjoy throughout the day.
