The mid-aged lady at the front desk gave us a single room even though we booked a double room, but other than that, the staff of pretty friendly, the hotel is clean and nice, breakfast is good

Es war sehr gut. Zimmer war sauber und Personal sehr freundlich. Ruhige Lage. Zentrum aber sehr schnell erreichbar. (Neustadt und Altstadt). Das einzige was nicht so gut war. Zu wenig Parkplätze für das Hotel. Mussten in Parkgarage parken.

The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was nice and helpful. We received a bus pass to get into town. It was walkable but nice to have the bus pass. It was a pleasant surprise. We did not have Breakfast there.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Room was perfect for my needs as a solo traveller and I felt very safe my whole stay. The room and bathroom were modern, in like-new condition, and I especially liked the addition of an AC unit. The breakfast area inside and outside were lovely, and the breakfast was good with many options. It is a 15-20 minute walk to city-center in a beautiful, safe area. Definitely recommend staying there!

Freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer [309] besser als erwartet. Parkplatz für einen Tag allerdings mit mit 16 € etwas teuer. Aber Frühstücksbuffet macht das wieder wett.

Zuhause in Salzburg

Perfektes Hotel für einen kurzen Trip nach Salzburg. Sehr gut gelegen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Das Hotel selbst ist schön, sauber und komfortabel. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und hell, mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Zudem gibt es einen gemütlichen Aufenthaltsraum, wo man Kaffee und Tee kostenlos geniessen kann. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir (2Erwachsene und 1 Baby)haben ein Zimmer mit KingSize Bett gebucht. Als wir ins Zimmer kamen, hatte das Bett 160x200cm. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption meinte die Dame dass dies in dieser Unterkunft KingSize sei. Nach erneuter Reklamation haben wir ein Familienzummer mit größeren Bett bekommen. Teile des Parkplatz müssen über einen Randstein befahren werden. Wir hatten das Glück und erwischten einen Parkplatz ohne Randstein.
