Clean, newly refurbished room BUT very small rooms, the door to the room didn’t even open fully because it hit the bed. This being said, I also don’t think they sell themselves very well. The ‘Lounge’ is a communal area (maybe more like a hostel) that has kitchen facilities & a vending machine that has a selection of drinks & snacks (including alcohol)
It was about 15 min walk from the station & about 20 mins to the Old Town the other side of the river.

No lights in the entrance. Hopeless to find the keyhole in the door without a light. Booked for 3 nights only got 2 small bottles of soap. Asked for cash payment for extra bed and taxes. At the end it was possible with card.

Expedia blamed the hotel and the hotel blamed Expedia. I never got the access code for the main building from the hotel. I tried calling the hotel directly through multiple methods and the phone didn’t ring/they didn’t answer. Expedia couldn’t reach them for over two hours, time I spent standing outside with no way to check in since there’s no front desk. Ended up following someone inside and found my key. Then Expedia said they got a hold of the hotel and the hotel doesn’t have my reservation, which obviously wasn’t true since I found my key with my name on my envelope. Expedia profusely apologized and the hotel then texted me from the same number that would not answer the call. Hotel said Expedia only recently called them but Expedia had been calling for hours. Once finally checked in the hotel was fine. Maybe book directly with the hotel and not through Expedia, although I’m not sure why I never got the access code to the building.

Winziges Zimmer,so klein, das man die Türe nicht ganz aufbekommt,weil sie gegen das Bett stößt. Sehr instabieles WLAN, TV vorhanden, aber nicht nutzbar.
Personal bemüht,doch hoffnungslos überfordert. Auch auf Anfrage keine neuen Handtücher und keine Leerung der Abfalleimer.Bei 4 Tagen/3Nächte ein Unding die Zimmer nicht zu reinigen.2xStromausfall
