"The check-in experience was very frustrating. The hotel charged me again for an amount that I had already paid when I made the reservation. I spent a long time trying to explain and resolve the issue at the property, but it was only after I contacted the hotel’s online customer service that the problem was quickly fixed.
This was the first time I have ever experienced being charged twice for a prepaid booking, and it wasted a significant amount of my time.

"Münih’ten araç kiralayarak muhteşem manzaralar eşliğinde Hallstatt’a geldik. Otel konum olarak her yere çok yakın ve gölün hemen kıyısında yer alıyor. Kaldığımız odanın mutfağı son derece güzel ve kullanışlıydı. Tesis oldukça sessiz ve sakin bir bölgede; hemen yan dairede polis merkezi olduğu için güvenlik konusunda da içiniz tamamen rahat oluyor. "The chalet was amazing. We enjoyed being there so much. The heated tub, sauna and speaker made our stay enjoyable. We cooked a simple dinner and the kitchen had everything we needed. The breakfast was spectacular and the view from the dining area one of the best ever! Loved this place. One of my favorites! "
