"Facilities were great - nice pools. Hotel is newly fit out and very clean. Room was very small - smaller than you’d expect in nyc or London. Two adults with suitcases and we had no floor space left at all… Service wasn’t great - we asked for help booking a guide and every day we went to reception and they hadn’t managed to find someone or had forgotten. They tried to charge us extra on check out (we pre paid for our room and paid city tax on check in). Bar service and selection was poor...

"Incredible staff, went out of their way to help this group of Americans with everything from quick turnaround on laundry/pressing service to providing tips on travelling around the city/country. The room was no frills when compared with what one might expect in a U.S. room, but it was clean, quiet, and a great place to sleep after days of exploring. We didn't travel halfway around the world just to hang out in a hotel room."
