"The only thing that I did not like was I couldn't get hot tea or coffee with dinner at the speciality restaurant. Other than that the food was very good and great variety. There was also mixed messages about going to the speciality restaurant without a reservation. Just walking to the restaurant did not work. The restaurants were always booked up. If you needed something for the room you had to put in a request on line, no one answered the phone. The electrical system was limited as is related to charging phones or any other electronics. I blew a fuse when I was plugging up my electronics. Not good. A suggestion for the hotel: get transportation shuttle for the guest at least to pick them up from the airport to the resort and back to the airport."

"Our stay was mostly amazing, and overall we had a great experience at the resort. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and made our trip enjoyable. We did have one minor incident involving a worker named Juliana. We needed bath towels and asked for assistance, but she informed us that they should already be in the room and didn’t seem very willing to help. Of course, we wouldn’t have asked if the towels had been there. Thankfully, Dinyda was willing to assist us, and we really appreciated her willingness to help. A special shoutout to Latoya, the bartender, who was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, attentive, and really added to our experience. Johanely at the front desk was also wonderful, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The rest of the front desk staff were great as well and made us feel welcomed. Despite the minor challenges, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. The positives far outweighed the negatives, and we would absolutely recommend this resort to others!"

"It was a great place to stay in a central location. The unit was spacious with a nice kitchen and a beautiful balcony. There was an AC unit in each bedroom and in the common area. We tried to limit the use of the AC since electricity is so expensive and much of their electricity is generated via the burning of heavy oil. The pool is large and in a beautfiul setting. There are two large supermarkets nearby to get your groceries. We cooked a lot in the kitchen. It's in a good central location where you can drive about 30 minutues to some beautiful northern beaches and 30 minutes to southern beaches. You are only about ten minutes from the beautfiul town of Willemstad.A couple of things I wish the unit offered: A blender, beach towels and measuring cups.I would definitely recommend the unit. It was a very quiet and secure location."

"The place was in a great location. Quiet gated community that was five minutes to a grocery with a food court. Ten minutes from downtown. Host had a lot of amenities!. Balcony was my favorite, we watch cruise ships sail by. I would definitely stay again. Hostess (Mireille) was Johnny on the spot when we needed help!"
