"The hotel was very nice. The staff was very responsive via the app, as it was a virtual check-in location. We needed to leave our baggage before check in and they were very accommodating. Lots of restaurants as well as a grocery store within 1-2 minutes walk. "

10/10 Excellent

"This is a stunning hotel with the most beautiful gardens and views. The quirky original elevator takes you back in time. The staff are very friendly & the breakfast was great. There is a shuttle bus service to & from the city gates as well as the view point at Michelangelo square, which we used several times during our week long stay. It’s a great place for people wanting to relax when not exploring the surrounding countryside. But not great for children. Highly recommend L "
