"The view from the balcony was amazing and the staff there were so friendly and helpful. There are lots of stairs (if you're on the top floor especially), so if you're like us and have heavy luggage then it'll be challenging. But beyond that, it was wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel (and the restaurant next door!)"

"Casa Vera is a wonderful guesthouse a few mins walk from the Duomo. My room (Primula) was clean and comfortable and I especially enjoyed the kitchenette and small balcony. I also loved the buffet breakfast which was served in the Cantina Vera. Highly recommended! "

Only criticism is the spa charged me 40€ to use the steam and pool despite the fact I spent close to 400€ on spa services. I was so confused by the extra charge, it seems petty but come on! It’s a beautifully renovated hotel with great attention to detail, located in a fantastic spot right in the old town—peaceful, quiet, and full of charm. Free parking just a few meters away was a big plus. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready and happy to assist. The highlight for us was definitely the swimming pool—absolutely fantastic, surrounded by greenery and perfect for relaxing on a hot day. Highly recommended!."
