We ended up booking a different hotel for this reason and this hotel still charged us the full amount without us even able to check in. This is a total scam."

There’s no room service, during the stay they do not clean the room, and for dinner, there’s only a mediocre buffet or an Indian restaurant that’s always full. "Beautiful and modern hotel including heated floors and towel warmers in the bathroom with friendly, helpful staff especially when we only could speak English. Loved our mountain view from our room and enjoyed the sauna area. Breakfast was delicious - we were treated to freshly made eggs just for us! Would stay there again!"
