"The property is a real home from home, with everything you would ever need. Over three floors , with ground floor kitchen, first floor lounge and shower room/toilet and second floor, double bedroom and bunk beds in other bedroom. Loads of cosy and homely touches. Very near the sea front and a variety of quirky and essential shops. The host is pro active in communication leading up to the stay, and answers any questions within minutes. You won't be disappointed."

"Lovely weekend stay. Great value and easy parking included. Great breakfast included served fresh to order and all cooked beautifully. Warm welcome lovely view of sea. Only improvement would be thicker curtains as sun came beaming in at 4am! Takes around 20-30 mins to walk around harbour to East Looe and great choice of restaurants. 100% recommended. "

"The hosts are lovely, the welcome couldn’t have been warmer. The breakfasts, cooked to order, were excellent and preceded by the selection of fresh fruit, seeds etc you usually only find in a big posh hotel. I even got a free parking place! "

"It's my 4th stay since 2020 and it is just a haven for visiting Looe and Hannafore. Everything is there which suits my needs and i look forward to my next visit. The photos are really how it is, with the stunning views and if you get to see a sunrise like I did this morning then that's the icing on the cake. "

"Steve is so welcoming and friendly and he and Julie made me feel so at home. I stayed here over Christmas and Looe is so beautiful with the festive lights. Everything you could need in the room, lovely and warm, very clean. Coffee sachets and teabags. Comfy sofa bed. Big screen tv on the wall with free Netflix and Prime. WiFi. Nice thick towels, a bath robe, shower gels, plenty of toilet rolls, washing up bowl with liquid, scourer, dishcloth and tea towel. Beautiful ensuite shower room with a heated towel rail. A real home from home. I loved watching the birds and the squirrel on the feeders in the courtyard. Lovely to look up at the stars through the skylights and it’s so dark at night they are really clear. Very peaceful location, a mile up the hill by foot from West Looe or easy to drive into Looe, Polperro or Pelynt. Your own parking space. I wouldn’t hesitate to book to come here again.
