"Lovely rural location. Spacious nicely furnished room with views over farm. Hosts, Sarah and Richard, very pleasant and welcoming. Home cooked meals using local ingredients."
"The staff were absolutely fantastic most helpful and very welcoming. Excellent time had by all the room was superb and the breakfast was outstanding, cannot recommend enough them enough"
"This gets a top rating due to the service & hospitality.
The hosts are ultra welcoming and friendly. And gave me some great tips on places to visit, including nearby scenic walks.
Plus Simon cooks a top English breakfast and Paula does a great job of keeping the place in order.
They allow dogs, although best to check with them before booking to make sure they will get on with their dogs ok.
The nearby road is noisy early morning, but only if you keep the window fully open."
"a very unique and beautiful place. The owners have restored this old hotel beautifully and it is being maintained to very high standard. The staff are very good and provide a high standard of service to the guests."

"We had an amazing stay for my mother’s 60th Birthday. The property was beautiful, we felt right at home and had everything we could possibly need. The view across the bay was beautiful, and the dogs loved swimming in the sea. Thank you for being such a great host! "

Tranquil Fisherman's Cottage a Minute From The Beach with free reserved parking
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderful stay in a brilliant location. The cottage was perfect- very neat and tidy and had everything you could need. The beds were also really comfortable."
"The tiny garage to park in and the steps up to the property are all worth it when you see the views up and down the river. The picture window with the window seat is wonderful and the view from the bedroom is incredible. This property is managed by Cornish Horizons and payment ends up being directly to them. There is a lock box check in. My only criticism would be that I think that dish liquid, toilet paper and salt should be included. "
"What a gem of a find! Lovely hotel, recently refurbished from derelict and oh my what a wonderful job they have done! Decor is bright and clean. Amazing view of the bay from the huge lounge window. Single room was clean and comfortable with en-suite bath, shower and toilet. A working TV with all the channels which was unusual in my experience and much welcomed. James the owner and his staff were friendly and so helpful. The centre of Looe is a 10 - 15 minute walk away downhill (bit of a tough climb back up). Limited parking on site, but I had no trouble. Surrounding roads are busy and narrow. Looe itself was such a warm, friendly beautiful place and everything I hoped it would be. Lots to see and do. Busy, but peaceful and chilled. People were so friendly. Will definately return!"
