"Beautiful villa, in a stunning location. We absolutely loved staying in seahorses. The view from the terrace is lovely, villa is well equipped for you to enjoy your stay. James the owner was so helpful and when our car broke down after unloading, informed the site manager, so we would not incur charges for over staying in the residents parking area. Oh and the weather was a big bonus, warm and sunny everyday. Highly recommend "

"The property is easy to find as soon as you walk inside the door you feel at home bed and bedroom very comfortable breakfast was excellent both owners so friendly if your going to looe you must stay here. "

"What a gem of a find! Lovely hotel, recently refurbished from derelict and oh my what a wonderful job they have done! Decor is bright and clean. Amazing view of the bay from the huge lounge window. Single room was clean and comfortable with en-suite bath, shower and toilet. A working TV with all the channels which was unusual in my experience and much welcomed. James the owner and his staff were friendly and so helpful. The centre of Looe is a 10 - 15 minute walk away downhill (bit of a tough climb back up). Limited parking on site, but I had no trouble. Surrounding roads are busy and narrow. Looe itself was such a warm, friendly beautiful place and everything I hoped it would be. Lots to see and do. Busy, but peaceful and chilled. People were so friendly. Will definately return!"

"Stayed over the Easter weekend/ week. Perfect getaway to be honest and just what I needed. Nice little chalet with a wonderful view and balcony overlooking the beach. Nice and quiet in the evening, you can hear the waves crashing on the beach, and also open the curtains and watch the sea from bed!! I did message the owner in the run up to the stay and she was very responsive, but during the stay I messaged about towels and the bins and didn't hear back from her.Wifi good enough for emails, but not so much for 'proper work' - which was fine as this stopped the temptation to work, and forced me to enjoy my holiday. I put 20 on electric meter and it lasted the week for me. You get electric from the cafe fyi, not from the place the owner said you get it from (this was closed/ shut down). Also the bin shed code didn't work (i was asked to leave the rubbish in the bin shed in the car park), so i had to leave the black bag of rubbish outside the bin shed, as I had nowhere else to put it. Wonderful walk over to Looe, the south west coast path isn't muddy and is a well trodden path with little beaches on the way and some beautiful properties and cars to look at! I did this walk almost every single day with lots of lovely craft and food shops in Looe. Nice food in the cafe on Millendreath beach too and friendly owners. Locals all super friendly, and car cost 20 for week in car park and was safe there the whole week. I will be re-visiting. Thank you for a pleasant stay. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Keith's property in Millendreath. On check in on Friday we were really impressed with the location and quality. Keith checked in with us (he was there on holiday too) and ensured everything was perfect. We used the property as a base and was out throughout the days in Truro, Eden Project and Newquay and it was lovely to come back to. Beach is 2 mins walk and the beach shack was great to eat and drink at."
