"The apartments are beautiful and in an excellent location. Close to the beach and an amazing array of places to eat and drink, I couldn’t recommend the location highly enough. The pool area is also lovely. Unfortunately there is construction work next door (May 2024) which looks like it may be some time away from finishing. "Never ever book this hotel even if you get free deal. Worst ever experience. I travel globally but never had such a bad experience anywhere. They literally don’t pick up your call if you need anything. The shower gel was finished and I made complaint 3 times, still they didn’t refill it. Also bathroom shower gel dispenser was broken before I checked in and they thought I broke it. Later on confessed that it was their mistake. The reception staff is not at all polite. "

"It was very hard finding a good size 3 bed that can accommodate my big family and Kuta Townhouse just the perfect gem for me. There are indeed other more expensive options with smaller rooms and pool ( albeit closer to the beach ) however we decided to stay here and was not disappointed. Rooms are massive with bathroom each, big living room, kitchen, many options for swimming pools and the staff are just the most kind. We’ll definitely come back here when we plan to stay in Kuta next...

"Room and bathroom were spacious. I liked the water dispenser in the room which also provided instant hot water. Pool area was lovely and we had it to ourselves one afternoon. There is a spa in the hotel, recommend the foot and Balinese massage. Staff were very friendly. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops nearby."

"The hotel was ok. Pool was dirty and the restaurant was bad. They didn’t have anything, even coffee? No breakfast like they advertise. We had to walk around for breakfast and there was literally nothing around. "

"Updated, comfortable bed. Clean room. Upon checking out staff wanted to charge me for a broken “do not disturb” sign. The sign was already broken when I checked in. Document the room when you arrive to avoid additional charges. "

"Utterly terrible accommodation and terrible service - Room was ready an hour late, then not clean with junk food and trash still left about, walls smeared with dirty handprints, stained couches, broken floor and stair tiles, broken lights, shower dirty and rusty, toilet blocked, no hot water. Seriously! After one night of regrettably sleeping there, awoke with my legs covered in bed bug/flea bites (took weeks to heal). Complaints to the three reception staff were a total waste of effort and...

"Very spacious place, superb attentive service, okay breakfast, beautiful grounds and pool area. A few mechanical hiccups with hot water and AC that were resolved as quickly as possible. Recommend this place to stay for sure"

"I don’t know why anyone would give this place 5 stars. Staff don’t respect boundaries, personal space, or privacy. Each unit gets a set amount of electricity. If you use up your allotment, then you are SOL like I was on a Sunday night at ~9:40pm. Then instead of electricity, you get a chirping noise every 0.8 seconds that never freaking stops! I left early. Absolutely the worst hotel experience I’ve had in 20 years of living in Asia. "

"You get what you paid for. On positive note .Was private safe and reasonably quite. Bedding clean changed sheets every day .Unit cleaned everyday . All essential shopping close by. Staff pleasant however no english speaking staff. Stayed extra night due to flight change they accomadated me. Overall pleasent and clean stay. "

"Absolutely disgusting place. Unhygienic and unsafe for a child/ any family. It instantly smelt of rats and it was clear the apartment had not been cleaned. Multiple dead animals were found, including cockroaches in the shower. The utensil cupboard, which smelt horrendous, was clear that rats were living in there as multiple rat droppings would appear daily. The people were nice but I believe it was unnecessary that 3 adults (2 men and 1 women) show up, on my first night, at the door at 11pm. I...
