"This was the perfect location for our recent stay in Asheville. It is only 10 minutes to downtown and close to many hiking trails. The accommodation feels very private from the main house with a separate entrance. The inside is very well maintained with high end finishes in the restroom/shower and a full kitchen range in the main room. This is one of the nicer properties I have every stayed at, especially for being pet friendly. It would be ideal for any extended stays as well.The area seems very safe. The house is on a main road, so not meant for walking/walking your dog from the property. However it is easy to drive down the road and walk in other neighborhoods if needed. We did spot many bears in the area and Asheville, bit it was not a bother. Mitch seems very committed to ensuring his guests have a great stay. Would highly recommend staying here!"
