"Modern and spacious room by Tokyo standards. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Accommodated a last minute room upgrade. The lobby area was very spacious , comfortable seating area. Lots of restaurants, grocery store across the street. Quiet location, but minutes away from the busy Shibuya clubs, bars, and shopping Highly recommended, would stay again"

"Good location, family mart right beside the hotel, 10mins walk to Shibuya station. Room was clean. Washer dryer was very useful. Although, despite staying for 5 nights, they don’t clean the room during this time. Just change the towels and empty the bin, if you ask for it."

"Except one thing that I will mention at the end — The room was nice and clean. The public baths were great (able to tried both located on 5F and 6F) - well maintained and clean. The view of 6F public bath was spectacular. It’s definitely not convenient location because it’s the terminus station of the bus from Gora. Going back to Gora you will definitely take hotel shuttle which ends at 5pm, or taxi. We happened coming from Gotemba where the bus stops right outside the hotel. So the only thing we didn’t like - the private hot tub in the room. (1) small that could just fit one (we happened to go to another onsen hotel and in-room tub could fit 2); the room’s tub is at the balcony… let’s not say it maybe too cold at night. It was very dark at night too. There were only very dim light at the corner of the balcony making it very dark at night. — the dark and cold and small tub making us impossible to enjoy the private tub in the room. Not sure how others would enjoy or do that at night. But we think it’s just something that looks nice for you to have but it’s just not practical."

"The air conditioner in the room wasn’t working fully so our room was not cool enough. Location is great, minutes from Shinagawa station although it is an incline hill down, making it a slight tough walk on a hot day going back to the hotel as its upward slope. The small 7-11 on premise was very convenient!"

"As an English reviewer who stayed for three nights: this was a fantastic place to spend my first three days in Japan. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, whilst also being patient with communication. I’m 6’1” and I’m above 110kg, and the comfortable bed fit me perfectly. The bath was also accommodating to my western shape, being wide and deep. The hotel is located well, with a short (15min) uphill walk from Shinagawa station. We found the 7/11 nested inside the hotel to be of excellent convenience (the clue is in the name). My one complaint would be that the restaurant was significantly more expensive than the other venues we ate at, though I did enjoy my meal. Thank you to all the staff."
