"Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The area is a little bit away from a main road but I didn’t mind. Instead, I appreciated how quiet things were. I never used them, but having vending machines on the property were very convenient. The staff were very nice and hospitable but there were some issues I encountered. "This is in a less tourist side of town - gives one a true feel of what and where locals live and do. Still a lot of things to do and see. The hotel is connected to a department store so it’s very convenient for shopping, food selections. The staff are very friendly, helpful and pleasant. There is also an area of complimentary food and drink available for customers. The rooms are big and have comfortable bed. "

"We loved our stay at Lebua, we were lucky enough to have a suite which included lounge access and breakfast. Breakfast had a wonderful variety every day and each evening we enjoyed a wine and afternoon snacks in the club lounge. It was a nice way to watch afternoon storms rolling in. The staff are so helpful and go out of their way to make your stay memorable, including packing a huge breakfast box for us on our last day as we had an early check out. A good way to get around the city is a day pass from the boat depot around 500m away, for 300 baht you can get an all day hop on and off pass to see the sights. We will definitely be back as soon as we can! "
