"Our first room was damaged. The carpets were all stained and floor had a discoloration from the floors being scuffed by the chair, it just looked like a bear clawed on the floor. The tub was dirty and the corners had gunk. The staff was super sweet and helpful with getting us a different room but with no other availability in town due to the graduation we had no other option. I wouldn’t stay here again due to the property cleanliness but the staff was still kind both the morning and night desk agent."
