"The only pro's about this property is that it has beautiful views and away from all the noise in Parqeu Lleras. However, this apt has NO A/C. The hot water is literally a squirt and last about 10 mins max. The bed/pillows weren't the most comfortable, bed sheet are thin (luckily because there's NO A/C!, towels were never changed my whole stay, there were insects (flies, spiders, etc) inside the apt. Never once did anyone come in and clean, nor offer. There is really nothing in walking distance...

Wilmer, the gentleman who checked us in, was very nice and attentive and responded promptly on WhatsApp when we messaged for extra blankets. Will definitely be staying here again i. "Property was amazing… The view from balcony was pretty good also… everything is up to date and modern throughout… its even has bidet in bathroom.. Only problem was the couch had white stains on it and the ac In living room did not work.. Besides that it was phenomenal place… They allow up to 4 guests which is a good thing… "

"Beautiful place, comfortable, loved the washer and dryer, safe, great location, easy entry, literally a block away from a supermarket and many restaurants nearby. We walked to the 70 twice, once at night with no worries whatsoever. We enjoyed every aspect of this stay and we will definitely consider rebooking for a long term stay. Personally the desk next to the patio door was my personal favorite and my partner very much liked the jacuzzi."

"The room was nice, and the staff, once we got in touch with them, were very helpful. The bedrooms are relatively quiet considering how noisy it was outside. Check in was a bit disappointing. Took a while to get in touch with the person to check us in, and then we had to wait a long time for someone to show up."
